The real and virtual It is not a secret a long time already, that the Internet - it is not only a pleasant toy or place for the time spending, but the work tool for the self-respective company. Not taking into consideration, that the Latvia real estate company sites have been established already long ago, they changed their work status not more than a half a year ago.

The status changes can not be considered officially, namely, this fact is registered nowhere. Simply in the latest time has been increased the real estate visitor amount, as well as susceptibly increases the transaction number, which had been concluded by the electronic resources help.
There are 54 real estate company sites, 2 advertisement servers (included real estate) and 2 portals in Latvia Internet. It is possible, that the information in my disposal is incomplete. But, it means, that of me unfound agencies are hidden so deep and far, that in their turn testify their owner undesirability to see as the visitor anyone, just only themselves. It is impossible to analyze all 58 sites in one article, for that reason we will go in for some of them.

Very interesting project. The graphics are realized professionally, although without designer's assistance. But that is not the most important issue, more interesting is the fulfillment. In common it can be named the realtors work site, if there were not some "but": 60% of the site do not operate, so to estimate the conveniences and information of the site can only on 40%. If compare that with the work tool, in that case it can be the expensive and convenient hammer without its top part.

The newspapers electronic version. On today it is the most popular and more visited site, but it is impossible to determine, who is looking for the real estate, who for the car or hamster. The site graphics are simple, for all that executed tastefully. But that is necessary in order to provide the work speed for such a great knot. The each user obtrusive registration burdens the navigation conveniences. The primitive search system can be considered as the site's drawback. In the summary: the contemporary and convenient hydraulic hammer, namely, with five nozzles, which sometimes brings to hit the fingers and not the nail.

In the real estate section of the www.puls.lv page, the site always takes the first place because of containing the mass of all possible advertisement of any theme. Can be compared with the stone axe and not with the hammer, but the really convenient axe, which allows to forget the nails in the shocked speed.
Right now we get to the real estate company sites. At once I will remark, that the sites had been chosen through the www.top.lv (the first 3 by the visitation) and not by the author's personal taste.

A really exciting site. I always holy believe that the yellow-black color combination is not possible to adulterate, but the given site verifies the opposite. In the given situation I would like not to talk about the design. As well as the several site conveniences force to take off the hat in front of their creators. The object data base, although a little bit nonsensical, but still operate. In other words: the hammer, which is made for its owner hands, for the others seem the strange formation, although the owner can use that efficiently and professionally.
www.balthaus.lv Relatively strange site in its contradiction. By getting to the first page, can think, that it is a joke or trick: there are no menu, but appears 2 links of the object information. After a circumstantial study, it turns out, that on the right side three pictures are a language menu. Further the site surprises pleasantly, not with its graphic and design unfortunately, but by its fulfilling. As always the same: database, the information about the company's projects, the special offers and the market analysis. I would like to compare this site with the computerized appliance for the pile driving into, although unattractive, but many times facilitated job.
www.domo.lv The site's first page shows clearly, that these times have not yet gone, when the decent companies order the pages at the part-time students. The simple navigation idea, inconvenient object database, contact information and the marked link to www.rdzmpk.lv, in concord with the terrible graphical development can testify only about this sites erroneous visitation. I will compare that with the tiny hammer, which the backward student has made in the trade lesson. The conclusion: the local companies strongly understate the Internet possibilities and conveniences of the electronic information. [back]
